Dg is with sig pi, Phi Mu isn't with dchi, theta is deciding between sig ep and snu, and idk who told you that du and aepi couldn't have hc.

Yes. You sign a contract that states you will not pair with the same fraternity/sorority for three semester after Homecoming or Little 500 otherwise both chapters will be fined.

If you look at the Indiana online site for organization on probation phi mu is off October 1st which is before homecoming. Though DU and AEPI are on until November 1 so I'm not sure what will happen with those pairs

Fiji is on social Probo till November 1st but they can have a set amount of events... So something like homecoming pAir. So I am sure DU and AEPi have same rules
