Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 I dislike skulls more than most of the houses we pair with! I'll be honest though, they are lacking in a lot of areas and things are on the slow downhill. Their spring 2017 PC is subpar and their current fall PC seems to be on par with their spring class although I haven't really talked to more than 5 or 6 of the newest pledges. They are certainly on the stuck where they're at because they give off such a bad vibe. Being unhoused will mark them, theres no way around that. But being unhoused doesn't diminish how geedy they are as a group of buys. I know I'll never come back and my sisters wont either. Sorry boys!
