They've got some great guys here despite not being on campus. They don't exactly get great grades, but you should definitely expect to see an on-campus frat house in the near future.

If you want to get great grades and sign with a non-pledgeship fraternity, sig ep is the way to go. They still have solid parties for having the best GPA's on campus.

Good Fraternity, I would agree the parties seem a little dull but in terms of community involvement and being social they excel at it.... You cant go hard like housed fraternities with an unhoused frat, but these men do deserve a legit rating.
