Objectively? Almost everything about Theta Chi is average for an IU frat. Not bad but not great

Not trying to rain on any parades or anything but honestly all of the ΦΔs I've met are kinda douchey and think they're better than everybody else, even girls at their parties! Paired with them this semester and very unimpressed with overall classiness. Some nice guys but they definitely aren't what everyone on here makes it sound like! :/

Some of the most down to earth guys I've met on this campus. Truly care about one another in the house and all of their relationships with other frats/sororities! They pair with houses all across the greek system, and they stay so modest. I consider these guys to be my brothers and I love them to death!!

Everyone seems to love them, but I really don't see why. I think they are just average compared to other fraternities on campus. Still great guys, don't get me wrong.
