Sure, these guys aren't top tier, but then again they aren't trying to be. They aren't your stereotypical frat douchebags, and they're genuinely nice guys. We pregamed with them this semester, and I really expect them to keep getting better pledge classes judging by the progress they made with their spring class. The fact that they have a brand new house won't hurt that process either.

Def a group of weird guys, but they throw such fun parties. Some hot guys and some not, just like most houses. Seem really close brotherhood and are up and coming.
