Although these guys are definitely hubby material, their social has SERIOUSLY damaged their reputation this year trying to social climb. You made a mistake burning bridges with multiple sororities, very disrespectful. This will come back and bite you when other houses are off probation!

Unfortunately, one of the most under rated frats on campus. Every time I have been there, it's been great. Their freshman are VERY attractive, friendly, and fun to party with. I definitely believe the most recent pledge class as the potential to turn their house around. Love you guys!

Solid group of girls, definitely moving up with underclassmen PCs. Cute girls that are fun to pair with. Pretty classy with no drama. Top 3 GPA. Seem to really care about each other.

Extremely gorgeous and well-to-do girls. They seem very concerned with the appearance of themselves and sisters. What they have in looks and style, they lack in involvement and sisterhood. I have met a couple extremely sweet Tridelts, but the majority (even in passing) have not been welcoming or warm.
