Hung out at these guys' new place during welcome week. Things are definitely looking up for these guys. Free booze and a lot of chicks at their open little hangouts the first couple weeks. Basement looks like a construction zone but seems like it'll be sweet when done. I'll probably be around to rush these guys in the fall.
