should i rush a fraternity as a junior?

So I am a sophomore this year and I didn't rush this year due to some personal matters. I was wondering if it would be looked down upon if I rushed as a junior? Or would fraternities give me a cold shoulder and not even give me time since I will be an upperclassmen next year? I'm curious and I want to rush, but I want to hear some opinions. Thank you.

Go to some of the smaller houses. If you show you're dedicated you can get a bid

We had a 21 year old Junior rush last semester and everyone loved him. Didn't even play a factor. Go for it
