The hub offered crmc a huge deal on those properties they own on bogue street. And the hub wants to start building the parking lot ASAP where asig is now. They’re getting booted as soon as October maybe earlier. Since crmc is s Corp they are able to transfer their existing lease (131 Bogue) into 3 separate, scattered houses to accommodate the kids who signed the lease. They were eh while it lasted. Tough luck.
