Apparently the HUB offered CRMC a deal they couldn’t refuse for almost every frat house on bogue. The deal is supposed to be over 8 figures for all the houses excluding farmhouse. So what’s happening to alpha sig this year if they’re losing their house in October?

It’s over for them basically. Just two years ago, they were doing second chance rush to get enough pledges. Without a house? They will fall into irrelevancy. Maybe they can build their way back up if they find a new place, but that’s unlikely and it’d take lots of time
