what frats and sororitys are rising and falling

Rising Frats:
Delt Sig - Great yard for tailgates! Cute fall pledge class. They will become better once the upperclassmen graduate
Pi Kapps - The younger guys are attractive and soo nice! Their house is pretty good, but not an ideal location. Underrated frat that is only getting better
Sammy - They made good progress for being so new. Really nice guys who play great music at parties! Can’t wait to see their next few pledge classes, but they also need a new house. I don’t see them being top tier very soon, but maybe middle or upper middle.
Falling Frats:
Pike - Pike will never be a bad frat here, but sadly their pledges aren’t as hot as they used to be. Very likely they can pick it back up next fall. Everyone will go to parties there anyways simply because it’s Pike.
Rising Sororities:
Theta - Gorgeous freshmen class! Will get an even better class next fall. Currently comparable to AXO, but with another recruitment like this year’s I would not be surprised if Theta starts to overshadow them!
KD - Very underrated! They did a great job with recruitment and should continue to grow! A very down to earth and pretty baby class!
Falling Sororities:
KKG - Their recruitment did not go as well as previous years. They need a better class in the fall!

Theta isn’t a bad house by any means but they aren’t super fun to party with. Need more fun girls in next pc!

Theta recruits well every year and still are irrelevant. Their pledge class was so good this year and people still do no care about them. I don't see them surpassing zeta or even SK any time soon, they are just so boring..

your social schedule says otherwise. Getting one good pledge class doesn't automatically put you there lmao.
