how hard are the top tier frats to get bids from

Someone told me the fall rush had 400 people show up to pike, sae, fiji, etc each and they only take like 25 were given bids. is it really that bad?

yeah usually it is next to impossible to make it into some fraternities unless you know someone. Spring rush there are usually less people that make it out but I heard around 250 people are rushing FIJI and they are only taking like 12
