not the same ranking because things aren't the same

After this years rush and looking at last years PC's too, this is a pretty accurate ranking.Chi O has not been getting extremely good PC's but they're solid and keep them where they are. AXO is better than phi and kappa because they have been consistently getting solid pledge classes too. Phi, and Kappa especially, have only been getting worse and worse PC's and their reps overall have just been getting worse too. Kappa's pledge class this year is really bad and it was them or Phi who were bound to fall. With this year's pledge class, Theta is probably better than Zeta. AXiD has also been doing really good considering how long they have been on campus so they're better than KD. The rest are pretty similar to other years except PiPhi and DG did pretty well this year, they're ahead of GPhi.
