You can only realistically give these types of predictions or ratings AFTER a semster is over, when pledges become brothers. Half of these are wrong anyway, seems as you have no idea what you are talking about.

Sigma Chi/Pike (Not going anywhere any time soon)
Snu/Fiji (Snu is on the decline, but is still a top chapter. Fiji is a bunch of girls, but they are on the upswing)
Theta Chi/ATO/Delta Sig/Lambda Chi (All ok houses with their own problems)
Delta Chi/Sigma Pi/AEPi (Again ok houses, but with a few more problems then the 4 above)
SAE/Sig Ep (SAE will be back to the top in a few years, Sig Ep is struggling, but will probably stay at the bottom of the middle tier for awhile)
