Yeah about them being homeless...they have a house next year and a $1.5 million in the bank to build a house that will be finished in July 2015.

A true lifelong brotherhood. I graduated from Lambda Chi Alpha 35 years ago and still keep in contact with a large group of brothers from my era. My four years in Gamma-Omicron Zeta were some of the best in my life.

It seems like every guy in this house has a girlfriend : / but they are an impressive group. Smart, attractive, social guys who are going places. Great fraternity. One of the best ones on campus. We love them.

Definition of average, them and Sig Ep I say would round out the bottom tier. Can be pretty awkward and not so many attractive guys in this house.
