Yes they're considered a top tier house, but they are definitely over rated. Have some really cool guys and some huge losers/legacies/just flat out creeps. They're a good house, but they only have a top house rep because most of them are rich boys.

They're laid back and really are gentleman. I always feel safe there when we have a one on one...which I can't say for most of the other houses on campus
