So if Sigma Nu comes back this fall, then Phi Kap or Theta Chi the following fall, then the other of the 2 the fall after that, where would they all live? Sigma Nu obviously owns Phi Delt's house so they'll just take that one back but then Phi Delt will have to find somewhere else to live (their most recent house before the current one is now an apartment complex). Theta Chi's nationals sold the mansion and the land it sits on to the university and it was just demolished to make way for another apartment complex. And then Phi Kap lived in DU's current house until the 2017-18 school year but I'm not sure if they or the university own that house. If they own the house, it would be a similar story to Sigma Nu. Either way, either they or DU would have to find somewhere else to live. The only currently vacant house on fraternity row is the old Sammy house which has been that way since 2009. Good chance that at least 2 of them are homeless.

There's also the old KA house (on College Ave across the street from Kappa Delta)

Theta Chi and DU both built bigger houses than they could afford (2015 & 2017). Mortgages on both big new builds shot up basically immediately after they opened.

The sophomore success program also was unanticipated when the projects started and that made it harder for fraternities at sdsu to fill these big houses with members.

They pretty much got screwed because of timing.

These were the only houses I remember being good before they got in trouble. It would be great to see them return ΛΧΑ, ΣΑΜ, ΣΝ, ΘΧ

Good luck 👍
