Sig Chi is definitely on the rise. I went to their party and it was surprisingly fun. I felt comfortable there unlike at dsig or KA. They are ranked so high because the rest of the bottom/ middle frats just suck so much

the past few pc’s were pretty good since the weird guys finally graduated and them getting back their house definitely put them in mid

Getting that house definitely helps but the IFC is decimated right now. Like two-thirds of frats are either suspended or completely inactive. It’s AEPi, DU, DSig, KA, Sig Chi & ZBT plus the two colonies rn so
