SAE (Party hard, very fratty, good alums keep them on campus)
Phi Kap (Party hard, hot frat row apartments, fratty, on probation til fall of 2014)

AEPi (Gentlemen, party hard, hit or miss with parties)
Phi Psi (Middle tier for sure, always seems desperate to get guys in though)
Theta Chi (On probation for multiple reasons, on thin ice with the university due to just chartering, party so hard ambulances come, getting that great house if they can survive on this campus)
ZBT (Great brotherhood, parties are a hit or miss, good standing with university)

DU (Pre-game house in terms of partying, good standing in terms of the university)
FIJI (Great group of guys, good house and great standing with the university)
KA (I hear they party, they are not chartered yet but they are colonized, seem to have an amazing standing in the university, making good connections with sororities. It is hard to rank them since they're are so new)
Phi Delt(Dry delt, they are a dry house. No parties. Great Alum. )
