Why is greek life so exclusive here? I’m in a top house and notice how many cliques there are within the sororities, am I the only one who feels this way?

You are probably right. Maybe try to be someone who tries to not be the cliquey one and make it a point to reach out to people...

It is what it is. My sorority has loads of sororities within the sorority. It happens.
