Theyre in middle tier but they dont get in nearly as much drama like KD and DG do

They have only Been around for year. Every house has their own issues, they will have theirs in a matter of time.

Have only been around for a year. During that year they have more or less done what they were supposed to do any haven't done anything majorly wrong like DG or KD has.

Had the most genuine girls. They aren't trying to be the top but it's clear that they aren't going to slack.

they're making a comeback for sure. Really easy to talk to and genuine, well se how their pledge class is, hopefully they've picked the right girls and not just gone for easy members.

They're nice girls, but they are trying too hard and starting to be rude. They think by putting other houses down they will rise in the ranks. That's not how it's done. Theta will not pass DG or KD anytime soon.

When I was at theta they kept saying great things about other house so I don't know where you got that from?
