transfer oos

This isn't really Greek related, but I'm wondering if anyone know how competitive it is to transfer from out of state? I will have a 3.85 college GPA, and a 31 act if that matters. Thanks!!!

First of all, this is only for biased greek rankings so leave. You should be fine though but keep in mind that certain majors are harder to get into than others - engineering, science, business.
