Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.2 They have really done work since being back on campus. There new house is getting them a lot of attention but still won't be built till fall 2015. Still, definitely top 1 or 2 frat at state.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.2 Above average house, but has like 50% really hot guys and then 50% really big weirdos. The last three pledge classes were fire, but still waiting for some of the old creepy guys to fizzle out. Doesn't have many social functions, but when they do, they're filled to capacity and you literally cannot move. I just wanna play in the mansion

Like wtf, some of these guys are pretty overweight and unttractive and running around parties way too sloshed and talking about how hot the freshmen are lmao.
