Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.4 I love Phi Delt! They are the nicest guys but when they party they know how! Dry house effects their reputation on campus because they don't Party publicly its always at a satellite house. They are very involved on campus and their brotherhood is strong. They had beautiful Christmas lights this year!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.6 "dry" house, definitely a unique group of guys. they appear to be very involved in clubs and organizations on campus, although there are a few goobers. they aren't a party house like SAE but I still have a great time there

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.2 They are the definition of Brotherhood. I have not seen a brotherhood tighter than Phi Delt Yes, Their house is dry but it does not stop them from becoming a first rate fraternity
