Had heard great things about them until I hung out with them this weekend and saw how douchy they try to be. You guys are not that cute and still a bottom house, so don't think you can pull off douchiness. Not impressed.

Strongest brotherhood on this campus BY FAR!! Great, intelligent, and down to earth guys that are truly gentlemen and know how to throw some of the greatest parties on campus. Absolutely a top house, and greatest decision I made was to rush this house.

New president is a douche enough said. There are some cool guys, but some of their people are weird and all the pledges look the same 0.0 trying to look like nice boys.

AEPi is one of the only frats I actually enjoy going to. The guys may not be the cutest, but they are super fun, genuine, and not creepy. Anytime someone needs something at a party, they're the most willing to help. Their parties SO fun, although sometimes it's alot of beat girls that go. Some of the nicest guys I've hung out with on campus.
