All of the bad rankings for this sorority are so incredibly superficial it’s absolutely disgusting. Throughout the rush process alpha gam was one of the only chapters that was truly welcoming. As a POC it was hard to go through the rush process with an extreme lack of diversity throughout panhellenic. Top houses were treating me so horribly and looked disinterested while they treated my blonde roommates who were also rushing so much better than me. I don’t blame my roommates I blame the chapters on this campus who seem to hate diversity. Alpha Gam is one the most diverse and size inclusive chapter on campus making it wayyyy more genuine than the others. I love this chapter and have made some of my best friends because of it. Please don’t get blinded by the name you get with the top houses and look for good people!!
