1. Kappa Sig- sick house and they throw down a lot, still a lot of loser upperclassmen that don't show up anymore so they're top
2. SAE- the biggest douchebags who don't rage anymore, going downhill but still will always be a top house
3. Pike- lot of average guys but they have good parties
4. Sigma Chi- they have one of the nicest houses, they try pretty hard and they have some loser upperclassmen but overall one of the top
5. Alpha Sig- they have a lot of parties but they get leftovers from pike
6. AEPi- they are in trouble and will always be the bottom of the top tier, good parties though

7. Pi kapp- chill dudes who are on the come up, they're gonna re charter this year but losing the boathouse

ZBT- think they're good after taking dchi's house but will always be full of weirdos
