I don't know if Pike is the top house but I do know that girls really like them. They are chill guys and we don't feel uncomfortable hanging out with them. Yes they have a few weirdos but they have a ton of hot guys too. I'd say they are in the top 3 on campus.

Pike is the top friendzone house. Not as fun as the top frats tbh but its a safe environment with nice well rounded guys. But without being too 'milk and cookies' all the time. My friends and I know we wont get creeped on at Pike.

Pike is not so much the "friend" zone as they are the "boyfriend" zone. Some girls don't want serious relationships in college and just want to have fun and not be tied down. Other girls really value having a boyfriend. Pike guys are definite boyfriend material.
