1. SAE, Kappa Sig, PIKE- these three are interchangeable
2. Sigma Chi
3. AEPi
4. Alpha Sig

6. Sig Ep
----Second drop off----
7. SAMMY
8. Zeta Psi
9. ZBT
10. Phi Delt
11. Any colony or miniscule house goes here for now

Sororities:
1. Pi Phi, Alpha Phi, DG, GPhi, KKG-interchangable
2. Sigma Kappa
3. ADPi, Theta
4. Chi O
5. AChiO
6. AEPhi
7. Tri Delt
The lines aren't as clearly defined for girls. Each house appeals to a different demographic. Only a few of these houses will be participating in spring recruitment

Sae is on top, followed by Kappa Sig, Pike, then Sigma Chi.
Pi Phi and alpha phi are better than Gphi. Guys like DG, but they're not as good as KKG or any of the houses you put at #1
Besides that, you're alright

I would move alpha sig down considering they got in trouble again and still haven't initiated their fall pledges also no homecoming date and barely party at their house

Pi Phi and Alpha Phi are above Kappa, DG, and GPhi. Entirely Pi Phi and Alpha Phi are in their own league. Not comparable to the other three. Not interchangeable. Only top houses are Pi Phi and Alpha Phi. Always have and always will.

I would move the second drop off for fraternities to after ZBT but the list is accurate.
