actual fraternity house rankings

- Kappa Sig, SAE, Sigma Chi, Pike
These are all more or less "top house" depending on who you ask. The four are interchangeable
- AEPi
Moved down. A bad PC, school sanctions, and a sketchy off campus house is starting to catch up to these guys
- Alpha Sig-the only one of last years mid-tiers to survive. Still doing alright even with sanctions

Huge drop off here
- Beta or Sammy.
Beta is more or less the same every year. Everyone always says they're moving up but they're by far the most average house on campus. Sammy has improved somewhat simply by being on row.
- Sig Ep/KA- Pretty much the same houses they were last year. Some awkward guys, but they're smart and have their chit together. Average PCs. Will probably end up moving up simply because of rush logistics.
- Zeta Psi
Way too new to be judged. I've met a few and they seem pretty normal. 2-3 semesters and an actual house are necessary before they can be judged.
Warning: Now entering no mans land
- ZBT: Some cool guys and a decent PC, but they take themselves way too seriously. Being on row can only improve you so much. Won't move up until every PC above this current one graduates
Phi Delt: Absolute joke. No further comment necessary.
That's it. Expect Theta Chi to be right around Alpha Sig's range when they come back. Anything else (AKL? ODphi?) is too irrelevant to even be ranked

PIKE can be the undisputed top fraternity if they were on row. They should trade houses with Sammy, who has improved a lot but are more on the bottom end of the middle tier.
ZBT is a total joke but they should be higher than Zeta Psi. They will get much better because of their location.
KA I think is a tiny bit better than Sig Ep but I don't understand what you mean by 'rush logistics'. Sig Ep won't move up because they/their HQ are too afraid of the administration and getting in trouble. They're like the Chi O of fraternities, average looking at best and smart, don't cause any trouble but also don't do much to make Greek life any better.
Also who the hell is AKL? Ha ha

You're right about the top 4. If PIKE had gotten DChis old place (I refuse to call it ZBTs house) they'd be the indisputable top house at U of A. Loled at "no mans land." Have to disagree about the rush logistics. PNMs are always going to try to go for the top house. New colonies that recruit good PCs have a better chance of moving up than established mid-tiers. Do a sorority one?

Pike would be completely irrelevant if FIJI and Dchi were still on the row along with SAE, Kap Sig and Sig Chi. No one likes going to Pike's frat ghetto.
