Last spring I asked APhi if they were doing spring rush (because I knew they were taking some girls) and they literally lied to my face and said no. I understand it's selective but they could've explained that.

There isn't an "official" spring Rush. Chapters who are accepting more girls will have COB events you either contact the chapters directly or contact FSP for more information.

No they didn't, they only ever take COBs. They took a few more only because they took pomline girls who don't have a chance to participate in recruitment in the fall
