so I've heard that Gamma Phi Beta had like 1/5 of their new PC drop? Does that mean they'll be spring rushing?

You expect that some girls are going to drop. There could be a big variety of reasons: finances, grades, transferring back home, etc... I THINK that spring rush is set by the house total. I personally am a big fan of spring rush. A house can get some of their best members in the spring because the competition for great girls is less and girls that go through spring rush are committed to being in a sorority, not just meeting new people.
