frats historically
by: .
This kind of explains the history of the frats if anyone was wondering. Some are currently kicked off.
"Old Row": Fiji, SAE, Sig Chi, KS, Pike.
-These frats are the ones that have been at U of A since Greek Life began here and have held a strong presence ever since. Many were originally local frats turned national. All were founded before WW2 and most are located on Greek Row and own their houses. For the most part they have been mid-top houses their entire existence. Strong Alum support and about 2000 members initiated give or take a few hundred. All were kicked off at least once, but quickly recovered. They pretty much all have powerful alums whose names you will find scattered across campus. Unless something drastic happens you will expect to see most of these guys on campus.

Ritual??? It was public knowledge. Even girls would say it. Here are few from my cousin....What was the name of the cook? First name is fine. If you can't figure that out finish this sentence.....Who are the Mighty _____________? and if that does not work give me the first three words of the challenge??? If you can't answer these than you are flat out full of crap. The issue is not whether Pike is better now than in the past. The issue is an active or recent alum claiming they were a Pike in the 90's when you were not. Just stop digging man.
