Does anyone think Sigma Chi or Kappa Sig could ever overtake PIKE in the rankings? Or is the gap between them and PIKE just getting wider?

Pike is a pretty solid number 2. I think Kappa Sig could potentially be as good as them in the future but Pike is doing pretty well. SIgma Chi is going in the other direction.

i think sig chi is neither climbing nor falling... the chapter needs to get their over-involved alumni advisors off of their backs so they can run their house the way they see fit.
