I know you people are probably so annoyed with GPA questions from PNM's but I have a little under a 3.0. Is there anyway I could have a chance at even a middle tier house?

No one can tell you because no one knows anything else about you. GPA is important but so are many other things. Just trust the process and don't try and predict which house you'll end up in.
