what is theta like here?
by: Interested in ThetaWhat is theta like here? I don't really care if they are considered a "top house"..but are they fun? How much do they party? Do they have good sisterhood? Are they involved on campus?

I did not say I did not pick Theta because of their house. I just mentioned it's outdated. I did not pick them because I was more in love with the house I picked over theta. Geez.

Theta is one of the biggest sororities nationally. Like the other big names they have pretty high standards so you can't go wrong. You should really give all the houses a chance though during recruitment. A lot of the time a chapter's reputation and what you think of them as an outsider do not match what they are really like.
BTW- when the Theta chapter at my school was put on academic probation one of the other sororities made t-shirts that looked like their "THINK THETA" recruitment shirts, only it said "THINK, THETA!" It was pretty funny, lol

You preffed theta and loved the girls and thought they had a great sisterhood but didn't accept their bid bc of their HOUSE? That's the most shallow thing I've ever heard. I hope you are not in any sorority, you've joined for the wrong reasons.
