by: Theta LoverWhat are my chances of getting into Kappa Alpha Theta? Are they really selective? I'm going into rush with an open mind but I was just curious. If I don't get Theta, it won't be the end of the world

Pretty high they are a low middle tier on par with Adpi/ChiO. They still drop though so you can get dropped but you have an easier chance than getting into a house like Pi phi or alpha phi. Just be yourself you will end up where you are supposed to be. If you feel drawn to a house during recruitment don't let this website change your mind or you will end up in the wrong house. I've seen it happen so many times

If you have over a 3.0 you are definitely fine for any house. The only house that cares more than 3.0 is ChiO
