Is it easier for girls to get bids for sororities or boys to get bids for frats?

Hands down sororities give out more bids than fraternities. The sororities are given a number and we have to meet that number or our house is fined and last year it was 100 and this year I'm pretty sure it will be more. Last year the feats could take 1 guy or 70 guys. It's kinda messed up :(
