Honestly I would put KA on Sammy/ZBT level, like who even are they, and bump up Beta. Sigma chi is not that high, I thought the new house would help them but they were pretty lame this last year. Alpha sig is definitely higher than Delt. Delt is getting worse and worse.

Maybe two years ago but KA has double ZBT/Sammys members and had some decent parties second semester. Also, delt is not higher than Asig at all but climbing their way

How is getting delt worse and worse? They won mr alpha phi, have been going to homecoming\ SF with top tier sororities which has never happen in their history apparently.They had the best pledge class last fall. We choose them over theta chi for SF and DG choose them over alpha sig for HC. So how are they getting "worse and worse" el oh el

One kid wins Mr. alpha Phi doesn't reflect on the house. Delt is getting worse and worse beating Theta Chi and Asig is no accomplishment its expected doesn't mean they are getting better.

So no KA is just about the same size as Sammy and those two are both a little bigger than ZBT.

Something people should take into account with sammy and KA is that they've been around for a while and have always been lower tier. Sig Ep has a lot of room for growth, probably not soon but I expect them to be above Beta by end of next year because of the house and location. People don't like to admit it but house and location are very important to get into the middle/top tier. KA has the house but not the location and sammy has neither.

there is def a big drop from KA between sammy, zbt and all the other bottom tier fraternities. they had a strong spring semester socially and with a new pledge class this fall they will be on their way to a top house

Umm what??? KA is not on there way to a top house. Don't get me wrong they are a nice group of guys but they are no where near being a top tier frat. There parties are small and mediocre at best, nothing like a top tier frat. i would be surprised if they even made it up to middle tier and that would only be if a lot more feats got kicked off
