no, especially since there are so many more girls rushing this year. All the houses have their own policies on legacies, but I know my house definitely takes into consideration the PNM is a legacy but since it is more compeititive this year we want to make sure that PNM would fit in our house even though they are a legacy. I would say it helps your chances but doesn't promise you in. Also dont tell other houses you're a legacy at a different house!

Ifc has meetings with each house. They use the number of people signed up to project how many total are rushing. They told me they are expecting 1200 guys rushing up from last years 900 don't know about girls. Also to answer your question legacy is nothing it will usually get you through the first day but if you suck you suck.
