ranking potential

As a former FIJI with friends in most fraternities and from what girls talk about, here is my list for the future success of fraternities:
1.SAE- These guys love em of hate em throw down hard and pull the hottest ass, and will continue to do so until they are kicked off. These dudes will never slow down.
2.Sig Schi- Really blew their chance this year to utilize their mansion, but with less sanctions next year, look for them near the top.
3. AEPi- Like it or not these dudes throw down bangers more frequently than anyone else right now by having a solid school relationship. Yeah they have a few too many AEPhis at their parties but have solid turnout from all sororities.
4. Pike has struggled recently, but girls love Pikes, and the Sugar Shack will be in 9/10 sorrority girls instagram photos at some point in time.
5. Kappa Sig- Hard to be irrelevant with such a prime house, and a lot of the older losers will be gone next year. Keep an eye out for a big next year from them.
6. Alpha Sig-These dudes are still relatively new to the game, but a house in between Pike and AEPi has gotten their name out. If they can keep milking this, expect them to be a big destination next year.
7. DTD- These kids don't have an identity other than their tailgates. In order to stay relevant in greek life they're gonna have to change something.
8. Theta Chi- Terrible house location, yet girls still seem to find their way there. In a few years these dudes could be contenders.
All others are irrelevant.
