usually aephi, alpha chi, and tri delta because they usually don't get their quota of new members in the fall! but some sororities definitely initiate girls behind panhellenics backs so I would say almost all do rush throughout the year because they have dropouts... i suggest not rushing in the fall because you need time to focus on school work, its a really hard adjustment from high school
