No. It all depends how well each girl does during the recruitment process. There is NO guarantee every girl will receive a bid.

Very VERY rarely do girls get cut completely from recruitment. The girls you hear about who "don't get bids" are usually girls who don't get bids from houses they WANT. That's not the same as not getting a bid at all. Not getting a bid at all is very rare.

Every once in awhile there are a few girls who go bidless, but the process is set up so that every girl who maximizes their options will get bids.

some girls drop when the houses they want drop them, especially the girls wanting only the top houses. when those drop them they quit rush. some houses will take anyone so its uncommon to not get a bid just more common to drop rather than take a bid they don't want.

Exactly. Girls, unless you're a complete trainwreck of a PNM, you will get a bid somewhere. Whether its to a house you really want.. that's another story. That's why we tell everyone to keep an open mind.

many girls drop their new house because they accept a bid they were not really into, so they pledge, hate it and drop out. it sucks to go thru all that and drop.. but it happens alot, like at sigma and aphi.
