The cops are just keeping a really close eye on us since they've caught us partying a few times. The university also doesn't want us going to spring fling. We are definitely not getting kicked off

True, but Alph Sig is on everyone's radar now. Meaning one more screw up, can cost you your recognition status and possibly your charter. Word of advice....Be VERY careful going forward.
