Rush starts today here's some advice
Top three houses are top for a reason, that being said they are much harder to get bids from, choose wisely, don't suicide them.
1. SAE
2. Pike
3. Sigma Chi
Middle tiers are all pretty evenly matched with each other, party hard and have better chances at bidding you, some are on the rise to top also.
4. Kappa Sig
5.AEPI
6. Delt
7. Alpha Sig
8. Theta Chi
Bottom houses may fit you well, and that's fine, better bid chances too, BUT not as fun/big/socially active/etc.
9. Beta
10. KA
11. ZBT
12. Sammy
13. Sig Ep
The rest are too irrelevant to note

Sigma Chi has some really great guys and I love hanging out with them. But Pike just gets it. They don't cause problems with other frats, they are nice to girls and their parties are really fun. SAE has the hottest guys but I feel like I am going to be groped every time I am there. If I had to pick one I would pick Pike but that my preference. For girls it is really who you are comfortable with. Some girls may really like SAE or Sigma Chi better. But for me Pike is where its at.

Actually that does make sense. Both APhi and Pike are so transparent. Perfect together.
