I actually said the same thing last year too but I actually am crushing on a guy in Pike so I would not say they are truly in the friend zone. But that is just me. I do know that most girls think they are super nice and really fun and there is generally no drama with them. SAE's are definitely hot but they have more jerks than quality guys.

I agree. SAE has such a tradition at UofA but they have just gotten so douchey. They are an easy place to hangout for underclassmen because their house is in such a good location. If Pike were on the same street....I would go to Pike. Guys are more chill, actually want to know you without diving into your pants. Friend zone at first but then BF zone to follow. Girls are figuring that out and they like that about Pike. I just hope they don't turn out like SAE.

Yeah. SAE has been on top for longer than Pike has, so they have this smug sense of superiority and think they're better than everyone else. They have a lot of douches. Plus they only like to hang out with girls in one specific sorority which I won't say.
Pike's are nicer and less exclusive. Which is a good thing.
