Nothing you read on here is going to be accurate. Anyone who responds to you that names any house will be biased.
Would you really join a house because someone on an anonymous site told you they were good? I hope not. I know you're excited, but try not to get a head of yourself and pick out houses almost a year in advance. The best thing you can do to prepare is start learning how to keep an open mind. Because literally all of the sororities here are great and have something to offer.
Go through recruitment and pick the houses you feel the most comfortable at.
Also, reputation means absolutely nothing. There are good and bad things about every single house.
