pike or sae

So my question is Pike or SAE? I think everyone pretty much agrees they are the top two on campus. Thoughts on both...good or bad! Ready go!

Pike- yes
SAE- NO WAY. A bunch of D-bags that will someday get kicked off, if not sooner.

If you're literally only rushing those two houses you're screwed. Especially if you're asking about them on greekrank. Almost impossible to get spring bids from, look at middle tiers more.

Pike is the best "fraternity" on campus. They are active in philanthropy, seem to do well in intramural sports and throw decent parties. SAE is probably the most popular with the ladies, but they have become so douchey that girls are kind of getting sick of them. Just my two cents. Good luck with your decision. There are other good houses on campus as well, like Sigma Chi and Kappa Sig. You may want to look there as well.

That's pretty sound advice and there's a lot of truth there. That said, I would take SAE's arrogance over Pike's goody two shoes lemonade & cookies personality any day.

SAE is better than Pike. No doubt about it but Pike does not suck by any means.

Pikes are just better guys than SAE's. SAE's are arrogant jerks. Who wants to hang out with people that think they are better than everyone else?
