frat ranking fall 2014

Sophomore year here, from a few delt gam and kappa reviews on a vote. Here are our top 5 rankings for top non-geed fraternitys.
1. SAE
Until they get kicked off, they will be top house.
2. Pike
Most girls can agree for second place, thanks to the shack.
3. Sigma chi
New house , new cute pledge class . Just not enough parties to surpass pike.
4. I hate to say it , but Delta Tau Delta. They made their way up with their new hot pledge class, weekly sponsored rockstar parties (even if they got in trouble , they still had something off campus) and obviously they have the best tailgates. If it was not for their tailgates they would be 5th.
5. Kappa sig
Girls agreed they were not impressed this year as they were previously. Not a impressive pledge class as the rest of the houses.

I am going to have to disagree. First off I think that girls look at frats based on individual pref. and not necessarily opinions of others on who may or may not be the best. That said, if you were to rank them I think I would now switch Pike and SAE. Let's face it, guys in SAE are jerks. They do have some nice guys and they have some guys who are really hot but at this point I am going to have to go with Pike. Their parties are fun and the guys are chill and don't think they are better than everyone else. The only knock on Pike is they are so far away and that is a big knock. Otherwise I think they rock!

Haha idk when g phis and kappas vote I find it pretty solid evidece of them being better

What do you mean when they vote? Kappa Sig has taken whoever delt has asked to homecoming/spring fling the past 3 times they have asked the same houses. DG even picked kappa sig over delt when they didn't even have a house. Just a salty SX right there

Lol Delt groupies smh... your opinion is bias this rating is clearly inaccurate. No one else thinks Delt is better then Kappa sig. Delt will stay middle tier all they have is tailgates. Next semester there isn't any tailgates and once again Delt becomes irrelevant.

My boyfriend is in delt and apparently everyone got re interviewed and only 14 people got kicked of, and the whole pledge class is back. The re org of those 14 people doesn't mean anything it just means they are not recognized by nationals but are still locally delts. So DTD are still fourth.
