Does anyone see sigep moving up in tiers or always as a bottom house? I think they could use that mansion for some dope parties what do you think?

They have potential because of their really nice house, but half of their house is really and wants to party the other half is just stuck up and doesn't want to. Maybe once the younger kids take over.

When you say bottom house do you mean based on how often they throw down,.orrrr? Because then I guess they are bottomish but they are the smartest guys with a nice new house on the row so calling them a bottom house like ZBT and Sammy doesn't seem to compare to me

Agree with above. It's strange because they're lower tier, but they don't give many guys bids. Unlike the other houses in their tier who bid almost everyone

Sig Ep used to be legendary at U of A but those days are gone... Their alumni and nationals keep them on a tight leash plus their no pledging 'Balanced Man' program is a recipe for gooberdom.

They will either be lame and lose their house due to low membership or the young guys will go rogue and they'll lose their house due to the usual stupid violations from the university. Either way, Arizona will have a very nice new dorm in a few years!

I think they could become a middle tier house if they start throwing some ragers. And I feel like if the older kids leave the younger kids will throw some dope parties.

Yeh, their younger brothers when they take the house over, throw some wild ragers, ruin that new house, get into serious trouble, get on suspension and hen get kicked off again. Yep that will sum it up Si Eps future.

Even if SigEp throws a bunch of crazy parties they won't get booted for another 4 years they'll be fine

If sigep gets a solid spring pledge class and a lot of guys I could see them rising to middle tier in the future.
